What happens to information you give us on ixfxn.com. This website is operated by I-X Function. The IXFXN product handles data under each customer's contract, not under this notice.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site (request a demo, try the Assistant, apply to be a design partner, download a document or contact us) we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, role and message, which form you used, and when. We also record the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting network.
To stop automated abuse we keep a one-way scrambled version of your network address for an hour's rate limiting. We do not store the address itself.
We check that your email's domain exists and accepts email by looking it up in the public domain name system. We don't contact your mail server or send you anything as part of that check.
What stays in your browser
Your browser remembers your details so you don't have to type them again, and your light or dark theme choice. This is stored only on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies, and loads no third-party tracking scripts.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your request: to reply, arrange a demo, review a design-partner application or send the document you asked for. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
Submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and emailed to the IXFXN team. Cloudflare operates a global network, so your information may be processed outside your country.
How long
As long as we need it to deal with your request and any conversation that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This website is operated by I-X Function, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This notice and any dispute about it are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in it takes away rights you may have under the privacy laws of the country where you live.
